Bay Area's Got Talent

On Saturday February 2nd Heidi Booth, Zuzu Romano, and Maureen Flanagan are hosting a
dinner, auction, and talent show event to fundraise for our Senior Service (CBSL) Project. For our project we are
working with Seeds of Learning (SOL), a nonprofit organization based out of Sonoma, CA. SOL
strives to increase education throughout Central America by building schools in impoverished
areas. For our CBSL, we will be traveling to the country of Nicaragua with a group of
Cardinal Newman students over… Show more spring break to help Seeds Of Learning fulfill their mission and
build one of these schools. Our hope is to raise enough money to pay for the trip but also
provide scholarships through SOL for children in Nicaragua who are unable to afford an
education on their own.
The event is Saturday February 2nd from 5:30 to 9:30 pm in the Cardinal Newman Gym.
Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for kids (12 and under) which includes entrance into the
event and a meal provided by Sonoma Latina Grill. There will also be a talent show consisting of Cardinal
Newman's best singers and dancers as well as talent from all over the Bay Area!
Your support is critical to Heidi, Zuzu, and Maureen's ability to serve with Seeds of Learning and
