DON"T!
Made a reservation for Valentine's day that was confirmed by email with confirmation # (see below). A woman named Bonnie called me four hours before the confirmed time to tell me they weren't go to honor my reservation. When told I had a documented confirmation, she said "we're sold out, so we can't take you". In response to my inquiry about why there was a confirm issued, she said "well, you made your reservation online, so we didn't issue you a confirm, our website did". When asked how I was supposed to find availability anywhere at 4pm on Valentine's day, she said "we only serve dinner, so we weren't here earlier to get back to you".
Nothing like people who take responsibility for their behavior!
