We’ll talk about picking out the best steaks including some of David’s favorite local butchers and the big decision, grass fed v. grain fed. Since different steaks lend themselves to different preparations, you’ll learn how to cook each type of steak perfectly every time. David will give you tips for the grill, sauté pan.
