Learn to make an upcyled daybook in an all-day class at the San Francisco Center for the book
Upcycling is using waste materials to create useful products.
Participants will disassemble an old hardcover book and interleave the signatures with letterpress printed calendar paper. Share signatures with other students for variety.
Learn how to strengthen the cover & sew the textblock into the old case to make a creative and unique calendar that can be used throughout the year.
