Butterfly offers the perfect mix of food, atmosphere, an amazing California Wine List, and great decor. We just spent over $100,000 this fall on improvements in decor. We have added Italian leather chairs, contemporary mirrored artwork, and booths and lounge type seating on the water. We also have terrific prices on Pinot Noirs with names like Flowers, Merry Edwards, and Walter Hansel without the markup of many good wine lists. Our cab list includes trophies including several wines of the year. Onto the food, Chef Robert Lam was named as a previous "Top 6 Rising Star Chef" by The Chronicle, Lam continues to impress by bringing his innovative California-Asian cuisine to the waterfront location on the Embarcadero. Located on Pier 33, your guests will dine on an eclectic Cal-Asian inspired menu while enjoying the views of the San Francisco bay. Whether it is for a seated formal dinner or a casual social reception, Chef Rob Lam and our banquet staff can customize the menu to fit your needs. We are conveniently located on Pier 33 at Bay Street and offer both an easy-to-find location and a parking lot across the street.
