Michael Bennett's 1976 Pulitzer winner started out its big revival tour in San Francisco two years ago, hit Broadway, and is now back with an even better cast. Brilliant casting in several major roles helps us see even more clearly that young dancers who need to be in the spotlight but are, ultimately, always part of the background, aren’t too different from the rest of us.
