Victoria Rowell

Actress Victoria Rowell is best-known for playing Drucilla Winters on the CBS daytime program "The Young & The Restless". She also played Dr. Amanda Bentley alongside Dick Van Dyke on CBS's "Diagnosis: Murder".

In 2007, Ms. Rowell published 'The Women Who Raised Me', a memoir of her time growing up in various foster care placements. She is also the founder of the Rowell Foster Children Positive Plan, which gives financial aid and other support to foster children.
