Belgian outfit Milk Inc. emerged in 1997 with the release of "La Vache,". Formed by a production team comprising keyboardist Regi Penxten (born 1976), Ivo Donckers and Filip Van Dueren (born 1976) aka Philip Banks, their first vocalist Nikki Van Lier was replaced by model/actress Sofie Winters before issuing "Free Your Mind,". Ex-Secret Fantasy and Tunesian descent Linda Mertens replaced Ann Vervoort (born 1977) who joined in to sing on their third single "Inside Of Me,". In 1999 the Belgian dance music number became a local top-selling outfit.
