American Bone Health and Lake Merritt Senior Independent Living have joined forces to educate people in the Bay Area about osteoporosis and bone health with a Bone Health Fair on January 22nd. The four-hour event will consist of a talk about osteoporosis and bone health and then bone health screening stations for attendees. The screening stations include Bone Health Consultations, medication review, calcium calculations, and posture, strength, and balance assessments.
