COBO presents comedians featured on Comedy Central, HBO, BET, the late night talk shows and more, plus local heroes and up-and-coming stars, at Miss Pearl's Jam House in historic Jack London Square in Oakland. Shows are Thursdays 8pm, Fridays 8pm & 10pm, Saturdays 8pm & 10pm. We provide food, a full wine and bar service and NO minimums, validated parking, handicap accessible, and relatively clean comedy.

Joe's performances are informed by a multitude of influences: growing up in Baltimore, being raised by a preacher and former missionary, teaching English as a second language, both in the States and abroad (2 years in Korea and 5 in Japan), marriage and being pop-culture illiterate....
