The Gaskell Ball

The bi-monthly Victorian Ballroom dance with music from the Brassworks. Admission is $20 at the door.

Dress in your finest 19th or 20th century formal-wear and waltz the night away.

Doors open at 7:30. The first set starts at 8:30 PM, with the last set ending at Midnight. Three 40 minute dance sets and one 30 minute set of live music, with three 20 minute breaks.

Prior to the dance, there is a 2 1/2 hour dance class covering the dances of the ball: waltz, polka, schottische, mazurka and the… Show more Congress of Vienna. The class runs 3:45 to 6:15 at the same location and costs $10. Bring your ballgown to the site to get dressed for the evening ball.

Enjoy an elegant evening of dancing. No partner required, but it's always more fun if you bring your friends!
