Tasting and Cooking with Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese
Join Chef Jennifer Luttrell from Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese to enjoy tasting cheese like their Original Blue, first produced in 2000, and learn to create a distinctive cheese platter with mostarda, figs, apples & pears, maple-peppered walnuts and local honey. She'll show guests how to make some favorite simple and cheese-friendly dishes. Chef Jennifer also will offer tips & ideas on buying and storing cheese as well as making sweet and savory accompaniments. Tickets include tasting and dinner.
