There are so many super-villains buzzing around like flies in "Spider-Man 3" that the web of plots, subplots, flashbacks and unnecessary character amplifications makes it feel more like "Spider-Man³." Everything in this third installment of the popular franchise has been pumped full of noise and hot air, and the stakes raised to the third power. But Spidey cubed is only about half as good as he was last time. (Full review)
