In the animated film "Persepolis," Iran's Islamic Revolution is observed by Marjane Satrapi, whose youthful passions included Bruce Lee, the Swedish rock band ABBA and Che Guevara. For Westerners, there couldn't be a more user-friendly interpreter of 1970s and '80s Iranian history than Satrapi, who speaks a language of self we can easily relate to. (Full review)
