Moraga Art Gallery Group Show "Inner Spirit"

The Moraga Art Gallery presents a new group show, "Inner Spirit" by Bay Area & Lamorinda artists showing paintings, collage, ceramics, photography,jewelry and glass design.

The Gallery is featuring the work of Nancy Robinson and small works of art by Gallery members. Nancy, since retiring has become more serious about her art, and thoroughly enjoys the creative process. She has always been fascinated with the human figure; "there is nothing more beautiful. But even more so is the spirit. I find that is what attracts me. And that is how I paint. The feelings between the model and me are my basis. We are all at a different place at different times. So I paint from my heart and center and the moment." Nancy started with pastels and watercolors and have been working with acrylics and oils for the past few years. She has learned from classes and workshops from many well known Bay area painters.

Small works of art by Moraga Art Gallery members will also be featured.

The public is invited to the Opening Reception on Saturday, March 21, from 3-5 pm.
