Food is an important part of Indian culture, playing a role in everyday life. In many families, everyday meal are usually sit-down affair consisting of two to three main course dishes, varied accompaniments such as chutneys and pickles, carbohydrate staples such as rice and naan (bread) as well as desserts.
“Fresh and Local” is the Mantra for Chef/Owners David and Tshering Musgrave who primarily rely on local natural and organic produce from Sonoma County and other Regional farms.
The Menu selection is a creative and modern home-style application of India’s rich and endless repertoire of culinary regions, specializing in a fusion of these regional foods creating a unique experience.
Nearly every item is freshly prepared from scratch to forge our culinary identity paying careful attention to our patron's choice.
