Papa Johns just opened in Concord and I have never tried them so I figured I would stop by and order on their opening day.
There were 10 people ahead of me and it took 28 minutes just to place my order. The two pizzas took almost 40 minutes to be ready only to find out that one of my pizzas was incorrect. So I waited another 15 minutes for a new pizza to be made. Since I had been there well over an hour I asked to use there bathroom in the back of the store. I was shocked to see they had chicken and bacon just sitting on the counter not under refrigeration.
Luckily I did not order any of those toppings. The one regular crust pizza (Pepperoni and Mushroom) was cold, bland and rubbery. The thin crust (Mushrooms, Onions and Tomatoes) tasted like the box it came in. We had two slices and tossed the rest. What a major waste of time and dissapointment.
