March Meeting of the Stroke Support Group of Contra Costa County

Monday Mar 11, The Stroke Support Group of Contra Costa County will hold its monthly meeting in the Concord Room at John Muir Medical Center- Concord Campus (2540 East Avenue, Concord). The speaker will be John Muir Health’s Suzanne Leib: Discussing community resources for maintaining an independent life. After the program, attendees will break up into three coping groups: stroke survivors w/o aphasia, survivors w/ aphasia, and caregivers and families of stroke survivors. FREE & OPEN TO PUBLIC
