**Vendors can set up between 3:30--4:30 pm day of the event. Vendors Must be completely set up by 4:30 pm, no exceptions. Tables and Chairs will be provided, however Vendors are responsible for table clothes, table decorations, and all other table top materials. Vendors who are providing a Raffle to be donated at the event to have their business announced must bring the raffle item day of the event. Minimum $25 value for the raffle prize. Vendors may not take-down before 8:30 pm. 8:30--9:00 pm is tear-down/clean-up.
