I attended the Gladys Knight, Tempations and Al Green Concert Friday night Sept 19, 2008 at Sleep Train Pavilion at Concert.
First The Pavilion
Well organized venue. Lots of friendly volunteers to guide you from parking, where to pick up your ticket, lots of restrooms for women and friendly volunteer to keep the line moving and break time.
The Concert
The Tempaptions were great!! Read sharp, of course and took us in time with all the songs we love from them.
Gladys Knight
She as they say "turn out church"
She was dressed in a which caftan sparkle top with black pants and black shoes. She was a star and was stong as ever and bringing back the memories of your hits!!! She was good, I would go to see her again.
Al Green
He has talent however, last night was a little "off" night for him.
The the concertt was very nice.
