Menlowe Ballet presents Reverie, featuringa world premiere by choreographer Viktor Kabaniaev, and works by Artistic Director, Michael Lowe.
Kabaniaev has created works in Europe, Russia, and the U.S. Recently he has received attention for his role in the 2011 documentary film, First Position. For Menlowe he creates Sweet Sadness, set to music by Jean Sibelius.
Two works by Lowe complete the program. Chuntian resembles a watercolor come to life and Surfside pays homage to vintage surf music.
